The room size was adequate. The beds mediocre. The towels were big and fluffy and nice toiletries if you forgot anything. Breakfast by far was the best 👌 I've had at any hotel. With fresh fruit,cereal, 3 waffle makers,eggs and sausage something for every palate. Afternoon reception was lovely with little snacks and ice tea. The hotel was near shopping and several eateries. Quiet neighborhood. Some of the staff were friendly who far outweighed the not so friendly ones. Environmentally conscious with recycling stations on each floor Guest laundry facilities and gym were nice.There was a pool but it wasn't open until Memorial day weekend

The friendly representative at the front desk. The room was clean and laid out well. I like the fact that if someone were to stay a while you provided the necessary things to aide them. I was not anxious about sleeping in the bed like I have in other places. The bed was inviting and very comfortable. I don't stay at hotels much but for the few times that I did, I can truly say that this was the best. Most times I stayed at hotels I was uncomfortable sleeping in the beds but this time I had no anxiety. It was great!

My husband & I traveled to Va to bring in the New Year with family & friends. This was the perfect location, less than 10 minutes from family. So everyone came to our room. The staff was very pleasant, the one lady was stunning! She looked the part for the occasion. The size of our room accommodated everything we needed & more! The bed was very comfortable, there was a pull out sofa in the living room. Full size kitchen with all the amenities. Definitely worth the trip & price. We will be staying again…soon… real soon.

The place is big and the staff were wonderful. They were kind, courteous, and helpful. There was a pool and a gym as well. I was able to use the gym and they had a good bunch of equipment including a peloton bike. The breakfast was pretty good and pretty standard for hotels. Parking was free and there were ample places. Overall, it was a great place and a terrific value for money.

The King bed was nice and comfy. Also, like the shower head. Upon check-in, for some reason we were told that our King bed suite was upgraded to a 2-bedroom suite (416) at the manager's discretion. The room overall would have been really nice if the things that I didn't like had been corrected.
